Hot Test Dyno Cell

Project Summary

Demolition and renovation work to provide Vehicle Four Wheel Drive Test Site in Ann Arbor NVFEL facility for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. A major effort in this project was the earth retention system and shoring up the existing buildings structural steel that was supporting rooftop and large chiller above this area of construction. The other major trades were demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, insulated metal wall panels, fire suppression, mechanical systems, and electrical systems/controls. This dyno cell when completed created a hot cell dyno cell for testing of vehicles in extreme heat and high winds.
