Rosa Parks Federal Building Renovations

Project Summary

This project involves the expansion and construction of office space roughly 50,000 SF throughout the Rosa Parks Federal Building in Michigan. The building consists of two main components: the historic brick section constructed back in 1933 and the Annex section of construction in the 1962. The historic brick building has 3 stories, an attic and a basement and the Annex building has 2 stories and a basement. The project was completed in 2 phases that included the following construction activities abatement, demolition, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical, and masonry.
