A joint venture between Brix and Means Construction completed the Warren Yard Trailhead Pavilion for the Joe Louis Greenway. The Joe Louis Greenway is monumental to the City of Detroit and when it’s complete, it will be equipped with a first-of-its-kind pavilion fitted with bathrooms, a community room, outdoor grounds crews and much more.
