The Brix 3 Phase CQM (Construction Quality Management) control process is “site specific” and built around the preparatory, initial and follow-up phases to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our customer. Each Brix team member is certified in the US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management process (CQM).
The quality of our work is the finest because we pay attention to every detail and focus on the highest level of fit and finish. During final inspection and turn over, our goal is “ZERO” punch list items. This translates into projects that are completed and delivered ahead of schedule!
